SWIFT Fire School
The SWIFT (Southwest Iowa Fire/EMS Training) School, originally founded by the Pottawattamie County Firefighter Association, was developed to train local firefighters and EMTs at a minimal cost to the participants. This holds true today. Registration fees are still held to a minimum while providing quality training (to students from any State) through quality instructors. Remember...Iowa firefighters involved in structural firefighting are required, by State Administrative Code, to complete 24 hours of training annually. Much of your training requirements can be satisfied by attending SWIFT. We look forward to seeing you there! |
