Novice Vegan? Vegetarian looking to make the transition? Conventional eater looking for some new ideas? This is the class for you. Learn the hows and whys of veganism, cooking techniques that deliver big flavor without big effort. We will discuss technique, knife skills, developing a good vegan palate, how to avoid cravings, and the fundamentals of proper vegan nutrition. Enjoy demonstrations and taste some samples!
