Hatha Yoga
Aubrey combines wonderful breathing exercises, for relaxation, energy, calming of the mind and body; poses that help with internal organs as well as the muscles of the body. Aubrey will point out how the poses can help you with different things such as arthritis, lower back pain, sciatica, knee and shoulder pain. She has developed a series of exercises that can decrease and sometimes get rid of the pain and discomfort of arthritis in the knee joints. Give your body and mind a gift! Bring yoga mat if you have one. Fee $60

Coaching Authorization
Iowa Western is approved by the Dept. of Education to offer, in compliance with the Senate File 2215 Section 3, the Coaching Authorization Series. The course leads to a coaching authorization for the state of Iowa and will allow you to be head or assistant coach in any sport. First class is an on-line assignment, thereafter is classroom. Fee $355
