Learn to calculate with advanced formulas and organize table data. Present data using charts and analyze data using pivot tables and pivot charts. Learn about inserting graphic objects, layering and grouping, and how to illustrate workflow using smart art. Create and use templates.     $99

Hands-On Bread Making
Learn to make delicious, healthy bread the old fashioned way. Learn the history of bread making and basic techniques of bread making.  You will make a basic loaf, a sourdough loaf with a starter, a French baguette, and no-knead bread.  You will also make a gluten free bread.  After each class you will have a loaf to take home and bake!  A $10.00 supply fee will be paid to the instructor and will include everything you need for all four classes.     $69
