Meet the Instructors

Andrew Estrada




Andy's journey to become a professional Automotive Technician began in 2002 when he got on a Greyhound bus in Temecula, CA and headed to Universal Technical Institute in Mooresville, NC. Andy graduated at the top of his class with a contract with Volvo Cars of North America. Volvo sent Andy to Phoenix, AZ for a four-month intensive training program to become Volvo Certified. After graduating from the Volvo Training program, he landed in Annapolis, MD to fulfill his contract. In 2008 Andy Co-founded and until 2013, served as Vice President of Hydrogen Power Systems (Now HydroFlexTech.com) In 2011 Andy started his first automotive repair facility in Bennington NE. His wife Laura joined him in February 2012 when the business began to grow too big for one person. In August 2012 the Estradas moved into their new facility in Irvington NE effectively tripling the shop's capacity. 

Andrew began teaching at IWCC in August of 2015
